Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please contact our customer support team at leafyjewells@gmail.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within the same 30-day period as returns.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Contact our customer support team at leafyjewells@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Include your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange for in your email.

Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm that we have received it and are processing your exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

5. Shipping

To return or exchange your product, mail it to GF 2, Pramukh Darshan Building, 164, Vasta Devdi Rd, opp. Comunity hall, Tunki, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395006.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
